Commercial Construction Scheduler

Scheduler Position

GPAC, a recruitment company with over 30 years of experience, is partnered with a well-established company in the commercial construction industry. We are currently seeking a scheduler to join their team.

This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have experience in scheduling within the construction industry and are looking to work for a company with an excellent culture that values family and takes care of their employees.

Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor and track project progress and update schedules as needed
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders

Scheduler Essential Job Functions:

• Proficient in scheduling software such as Procore or Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology
