This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated commercial disputes while working in a collaborative environment that values professionalism, quality advocacy, and work-life balance through a flexible hybrid schedule.

What They're Looking For

• 46 years of experience representing clients in commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.
• Admission to at least one federal court.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with attention to detail and strategy.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop litigation strategies and manage cases from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs for complex commercial matters.
• Oversee all aspects of electronic discovery and document review.
• Handle and defend depositions, including expert witness preparation.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys in other practice areas to provide full-service client representation.
