Job Details
Key Responsibilities

• Support mixing operators and quality technicians with production orders and color approvals
• Adjust and match colors using engineering resins and customer samples (parts, chips, materials)
• Ensure safe and efficient plant operations with on-spec color and material properties
• Collaborate with production supervisors to maintain workflow and quality standards

Requirements

• Excellent color vision (color test required)
• Experience using a spectrophotometer to measure color
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with clear direction-giving ability
• Positive, creative, and team-oriented mindset
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime
• Passion for contributing to a high-performing team
