Collections Specialist

Job Title: Collections Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a Collections Specialist for one of our large construction/rental companies in the Southern California. The duties include:

• Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
• Contact customers regarding payment status
• Answering incoming customer calls -- high volume
• Assist with customers and profit centers to get disputed invoices resolved
• Assist general contractors for specific jobs and make arrangements for joint checks
• Update and amend customer maintenance information
• Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor
