Hot Beverage Equipment Technician

The position includes the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

• Helps team accomplish daily production, quality, and safety requirements
• Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations
• Must be able to receive and complete work orders via email
• Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
• Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team
• Must be able to follow state, federal, and company guidelines
• Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair
• Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork
• Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
• Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
• Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required
• Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone
• Possess valid drivers license and be insurable as a driver
• Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town
• Ability to work alone

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
• Exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures

Work Environment:

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range
• The lighting will include natural light from the outside as well as fluorescent lighting throughout the work areas
• Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision
