1. 1st Shift: MonFri, 6:00am2:30pm
2. 2nd Shift: MonThurs, 2:15pm12:45am (+10% Shift Differential)

What You'll Do:

• Run advanced machines like Haas Lathe, Feeler, G&L, Femco Vertical Mills, and Femco HBC solo and with confidence.
• Dive into prototype machining, R&D, and reverse engineering projects.
• Program and operate both manual and CNC machines using conversational and coded programming.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and fine-tune machines for peak performance.
• Inspect parts for precision and quality because close enough isn't good enough.
• Keep machines running smoothly with preventative maintenance.
• Own your workspace: clean, organized, and safe.
• Track job costs and keep projects on budget.
• Lead by example mentor teammates and foster a culture of collaboration.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of hands-on machine shop experience.
• Expert-level lathe operation and CNC programming skills.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and write programs across multiple controllers.
• A knack for troubleshooting and adapting on the fly.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
