CNA/QMAP- Mental Health Pueblo

Salary: $1460 / Week

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with QMAP performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.

Pay: $28/hr

Setting: Residential Treatment Homes

Location: Pueblo, CO

Hours: 40/week, 5x8s

Shifts: Day and Night

Orientation is 40 hours for the first 2 weeks

Notes: must have QMAP and Colorado CNA license

Start: 2 weeks from offer

Contract Length: 6 months with opportunities to extend and/or go internal after contract completion

Minimum Requirements:

  Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years

  Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with subsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per state requirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and in good-standing

  Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions

  Current CPR if applicable

• n

  TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• n

  Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

  Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

  Must be at least 18 years of age
