Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a home health assignment with day shifts and business casual dress.

Responsibilities

• Work in a home health setting providing care to patients in their residences
• Day shift schedule
• Laptops are provided for electronic medical records documentation
• Participate in care conference meetings as part of the unit-specific training
• Main responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment, delegation to PTAs, and completion of required documentation
• Unit provides training on documentation systems and paperwork processes
• Business casual dress code is required

Requirements

• Licensed PT required; MI or WI license based on assignment location (license required if applicable)
• Ability to evaluate and treat home health patients and delegate to PTAs when appropriate
