We have two nurses on staff to ensure you get the proper training and experience you need to be a successful caregiver. CNA's will assist in the following ways, but not limited to:

• Personal cares
• Medication reminders/administration
• Transferring assistance
• Companionship
• Meals/light housekeeping

What we offer:

• 1 to 1 ratio for caregiver/client
• Paid training and job shadowing
• $16-$17 per hour, depending on experience
• Wage increases pending 90-day and annual reviews
• Flexible hours!
• From 1-hour shifts up to 12-hour shifts; depending on your availability
• Part-time, full-time, days, evenings, overnights and weekends
• Paid training opportunities through online courses and job shadowing in real-time shifts
• Direct deposit
• Mileage reimbursement between same day clients
• REFERRAL BONUSES for referring caregivers and clients to Homewatch CareGivers

Qualifications require:

• A minimum of high school education
• Driver's license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Willingness to drive up to 30 minutes to get to client's home
• CNA license a plus but not required
• A caring heart and a passion for our senior community!
