BAYADA Home Health Care is currently hiring aides to care for pediatric clients in both home and school environments . We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a real impact on their health, development, and daily life.

What You'll Do:

  Provide hands-on care and companionship to children with direct care needs in the comfort of their home and during school hours

  n
n
• n

  Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, and mobility

  n
n
• n

  Support clients in safely participating in educational settings

  n
n
• n

  Collaborate with families, nurses, and school staff to ensure continuity of care

  n
n
• n

  Monitor and report changes in the client's health

  n
n

Who You Are:

n
• n

  Current CNA; 1 year of verifiable direct care experience through an employer; OR successfully complete Bayada's paid 2-week home health aide training class

  n
n
• n

  Experience is preferred , but not required-we provide training!

  n
n
• n

  Able to provide compassionate, reliable care and build trust with children and their families

  n
n
• n

  Comfortable traveling to both home and school locations in the local areas

  n
n
• n

  Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

  n
n
