Clinical Specialist, Mental Health, Google Health

As a clinical specialist, you will be an effective and influential contributor to our work developing intelligent and intuitive tools that help improve health journeys for users. You will utilize the clinical ability, excellent listening, communication, and leadership skills to appropriately shape the content, design, and execution of products. You will also work cross-functionally, with non-clinical teams such as software design, engineering, product management, regulatory affairs and research teams. You will work as a healthcare professional in your field with recognized experience in clinical care and research specific to youth mental health. In addition, you will have experience with consumer focused product development, generative AI and specifically safety approaches, conducting clinical research, and be nationally recognized as a thought leader or emerging leader in mental health.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$214,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
