Clinical Social Worker - Independent Practitioner

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Milford, CT. Clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week are eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend.

We Are Looking For:
We want to hire independently licensed clinicians in Connecticut who are eager to make a difference. Ideal candidates will:

• Agree to provide at least 25 sessions per week

• Be behavioral health generalists open to working with couples and children, with our support

• Value autonomy while appreciating teamwork

• Be interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• Possess strong integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in Connecticut

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are rendered

Compensation:
Compensation can reach up to $99,000, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
