Clinical Social Worker - Contract Position

Thriveworks is excited to invite Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions.

What We're Looking For
We are on the lookout for independently licensed clinicians ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us. We particularly seek individuals who are:

• Willing to conduct 25+ sessions per week

• Behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples and children, with our guidance)

• Clinicians who value independence while also enjoying teamwork

• Interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles

• Strong character is essential—we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to excellence in care

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in Mississippi

• Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation:
Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus potential.
