Salary Range: $80k-$90k - based on experience

• Develop business strategies based on strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships within your territory, prioritizing personal interactions.
• Facilitate a smooth referral-to-admission process.
• Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians about our hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Address admission barriers and provide follow-up on admission variables.
• Conduct informative presentations and in-services to various groups regarding our services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record according to company policy.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in a nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales role preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
