Job Overview
TThe Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive growth business outcomes within the financial envelope for T-Mobile US. Require competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning and cross-functional leadership. Focus will be on building upon growth segments across the wireless industry driving growth and revenue within a challenging competitive environment.

Base Pay Range: $84,200 - $151,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Job Responsibilities:
- Business ownership of focused growth segment helping drive quarterly acquisition planning which includes tracking in quarter performance and planning for quarters ahead.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Postpaid portfolio focused on growth segments. Requires extensive planning management including analysis of customer insight and business performance, development of promotional offers and brand value proposition and performance management in quarter.
- Assists with the management of quarterly business performance including results, preparing contingencies and development iterations of the plan in a competitive environment.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities based on competitive landscape, business performance and customer pain points. Provides strategic recommendation on offers and programs to capture new customers.
- Execute quarterly offers partnering with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure flawless execution of offers in market and performance management.
- Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership sharing a customer-centric story.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years relevant Marketing experience
- Always looking for ways to improve from both personal development and wider team / business view point
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Demonstrated communication and influence skills
- Insight storytelling ability and good communication skills
- At least 18 years of age
