Salary Range: $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer physician orders, medications, and initiate IVs while adhering to documentation standards.
• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and respond to patient needs, ensuring the highest level of care.
• Employ sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide both primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to establish comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or Baccalaureate Degree).
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
• 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care preferred.
• Exceptional communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and ability to apply problem-solving techniques in patient care.
