Client Partnerships Associate

Overview

Hybrid role - 3 days a week in office in Agoura Hills or Santa Barbara, CA. The Associate supports internal account teams across a variety of back-end marketing execution and operational processes. The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in digital or affiliate marketing with potential for career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

Within the Associate role, there are several tracts available for focus:

Strategy

• Provide account updates to a client’s growing publisher base. Evaluate performance and make recommendations for future investments.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify and troubleshoot complex program management and technical challenges as part of a client management team.
• Align with the client management team to ensure accurate execution and timeliness of internal and client deliverables.
• Use client and network data to tell a story and articulate it clearly to clients.

Media Buying

• Recruit, manage and develop publisher relationships on behalf of the client by communicating expectations, sharing standard processes, and providing campaign management such as disseminating offers and promotions.
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of advertisers’ affiliate investment by building and interpreting program performance data.
• Coordinate with Media Buyers and Planners to implement Media Plans by managing budget allocation, ensuring implementation, and coordinating with affiliate publishers and platform enablement.
• Build relationships with long-tail publishers to foster long-term success.
• Self-led use of CJ technologies/reporting for proactive data-based publisher fits aligned with client goals.

Operations

• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Assist in the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients, including asset management and campaign communication.
• Program Execution: Support internal account teams with standard program operations, including campaign support, payout management, and partnerships.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Account Management, Media Investment and Technical Support to ensure seamless execution and timely deliverables.
• Technology & Tool Management: Use internal and external platforms to complete campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience

The posted pay range reflects the anticipated range for this position at the time of posting and may be adjusted based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
