Role: Housekeeper

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across the facility by adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning records and report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering top-notch customer service.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with residents and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Able to work around cleaning products.
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions effectively.
• Must reside within the service area.
