Class B Driver Trainee with CDL Sponsorship

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to safe work practices and policies.
• Complete scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups promptly.
• Handle 15- & 30-gallon drum exchanges at customer locations.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and labeling.
• Generate and collect leads for new products and services from customers.
• Increase sales of additional products and services to existing clients.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles following all applicable DOT requirements.
• Follow corporate operating guidelines and safety procedures.
• Engage in other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CDL B within 180 days of employment (company-sponsored).
• Will obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of receiving CDL B.
• Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity.
• Basic computer literacy and math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the position.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical assessment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven customer service skills.
• Experience in commercial route driving (Class C or non-CDL).
