- Drivers earn between $30-$32 per hour based on scheduled shifts and location.
- Overtime pay begins after 40 hours worked per week.
- Drivers are eligible for monthly and annual bonuses.
- Must be available for variable shifts based on business needs. Typical schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Night Shift starting at 6 PM (Sunday/Monday off).

Job Functions:
- Drive defensively and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations to uphold Gemini's reputation as a top safety-focused carrier.
- Transport fuel and various commodities to Love's retail locations and other third-party customers. Operations run 24/7/365.
- Understand and comply with federal, state, local, and company regulations pertaining to hazardous cargo transport.
- Knowledgeable in the correct methods of loading and unloading different types of cargo.
- Maintain communication with logistics as required.
- Complete electronic logs and all necessary documentation as specified by the company.
- Exhibit professional conduct while interacting with customers, colleagues, vendors, and the motoring public.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of verifiable over-the-road driving experience or certification from an accredited truck driving academy.
- Familiarity with all applicable DOT and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Background Checks: All employment offers may be contingent on a satisfactory background check and/or drug screen in accordance with company standards.
Document Requirements:
- A valid Commercial Driver's License along with necessary endorsements (HazMat, Tanker, Doubles/Triples) as required by law.
- Must qualify physically and obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate in line with 49 CFR, Section of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Must be available for variable shifts according to business needs.
- Ability to drive for up to 11 hours and work a total of 14 hours, while handling hazardous materials and being seated for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years old and meet qualifications as stated in 49 CFR Section 391.11(b)(1).
- Required to read and speak English per 49CFR Section 391.11(b)(2).
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections which may include walking, bending, reaching, pushing, stooping, squatting, and climbing, in accordance with 49 CFR Sections .
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with securing and handling equipment, including climbing on trailers as necessary.
- Manual dexterity for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Normal range of hearing, vision, and smell required.
