Our Medical Group Family Medicine - Limerick is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. This full-time position resides in a well-established practice where integrative health and community well-being are prioritized. With no weekend office hours and flexible scheduling, this role supports an optimal work-life balance while providing ample opportunity to quickly establish and grow a patient panel. Utilizing the universal EPIC EMR system, our team ensures streamlined, efficient patient care supported by a strong administrative and medical team, inclusive of cross-trained medical assistants and DAX Copilot technology.
Salary: $235,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with other physicians and healthcare professionals to formulate optimal care plans.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for effective patient management.
- Participate in shared call duties to support continuous patient care (call ratio 1:8).
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with medical practices and procedures.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- New graduates or candidates concluding their training are encouraged to apply.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a valid PA Medical License.
- Experience in utilizing EMR systems, preferably EPIC.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in an ambulatory care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using healthcare technology including EMR.
- Ability to manage a full patient load while maintaining high-care standards.
