Ryder is excited to announce an immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver! We are looking for skilled truckers to join our dedicated team.

• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.80 per mile with estimated 1,700 miles per week
• Solo Stops Pay: $18.50 per stop (with 2-3 stops weekly)
• Nights out: 2-4 times per week
• Paid Training
• Flexible Start Time: AM or PM

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Clear background and motor vehicle check
• Complete a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, or
• 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, or
• 5 years' experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to read and interpret laws, rules, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations
• Identify and minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Assist in loading/unloading freight as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
