We’re urgently hiring a Civil Project Manager to support site utilities, asphalt, concrete, and earthwork projects. This company works on commercial, municipal, and government sectors.

Qualifications:

n
• n

  5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

  n
n
• n

  Site utilities and earth work experience preferred

  n
n
• n

  Open to only asphalt experience

  n
n
• n

  Strong computer skills, ERP software, Excel, etc

  n
n
• n

  Heavyjob and Viewpoint are a plus

  n
n
• n

  RFI’s, submittals, budgeting, contract negotiation experience

  n
n

Work Environment: Split time between office and field. Typical work day is 7am-5pm. This company is based in Englewood, CO.

Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $67.00/hr.
