We are seeking two civil laborers to join our team. The role involves performing silt fence installation, installing waddles, shoveling, raking, laying down hydroseeding, and working around basins.

Responsibilities

• Install silt fences and waddles.
• Perform shoveling and raking tasks.
• Lay down hydroseeding.
• Work around basins.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in solar projects.
• 2+ years of civil construction background.
• Civil construction skills including silt fence and erosion control.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.

Work Environment

Employees will work on the civil scope of a solar project, adhering to a standard construction schedule of Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts. The role includes breaks for lunch and morning/afternoon. A per diem of $120 is provided. Work attire is necessary on-site.

This is a contract position based out of Alberta, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
