This is a hands-on role where you will gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery—from design to fieldwork—while learning directly from senior engineers. Responsibilities

  Assist in the design of water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure systems.

  Support pipeline hydraulics and mechanical piping layout work.

  Draft and review civil drawings using AutoCAD.

• n

  Conduct site visits and assist with field investigations.

• n

  Collaborate closely with senior engineers and leadership.

  Take initiative and contribute across technical and non-technical areas.

Essential Skills

• n

  Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

  n

• n

  1–5 years of experience, including internships.

  n
n
• n

  Interest in water/wastewater systems and public infrastructure.

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency in AutoCAD or willingness to learn quickly.

• n

  Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Work Environment

You will be part of a small, mission-driven team, working closely with senior engineers. The role involves both office-based design work and fieldwork, providing a diverse range of experiences. Dress code is business casual, and you will frequently use AutoCAD for drafting and reviewing civil drawings.
