Job Overview

The Wealth Relationship Mgmt. (Branch) Sr. Analyst SAFE Act is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. It requires understanding how areas integrate within the sub-function, evaluating complex issues, and demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The role involves coaching, training, and influencing decisions impacting project size and geography.

Responsibilities

1. Identify, build, and deepen client relationships to increase wallet share using financial planning and profiling skills.
2. Anticipate clients' complex financial needs and offer suitable solutions with product specialists' support.
3. Recognize and understand client banking, credit, and investment needs to provide holistic financial solutions.
4. Engage regularly with clients through face-to-face meetings, communication, and seminars.
5. Grow the portfolio through referrals and sourcing high-value clients.
6. Refer opportunities to segment partners and organize client events.
7. Acquire new clients via referrals and manage follow-ups adhering to compliance norms.
8. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and other regulations, and partner with branch teams for positive client experiences.
9. Assess risks carefully, ensuring adherence to laws, policies, and ethical standards, and escalate issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning software preferred.
• Basic understanding of investment strategies.
• Self-starter, problem solver, goal-oriented team player.
• Current FINRA series 6, 63, and 65 registration required; Series 7 and 66 encouraged.
• Insurance group 1 license required or to be obtained within 120 days.
• Registration as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System is required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Details

Location: Bronx, NY. Salary Range: $88,400 - $132,600. Full-time position with benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Application deadline: May 05, 2025.
