Connected Health Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in Rapid City, SD. Job Description:

Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and adaptive equipment use
Document patient progress and report findings to the Occupational Therapist
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding therapy services

Education & Certification Requirements:

Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active COTA license in South Dakota (or eligibility for licensure)
CPR/BLS certification required
Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred but not required
