Salary Range: $18.50 - $25.50
Pay Info: $1,250 Sign on Bonus!

Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Long Term Care facility, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering resident-centered nursing care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing residents, as well as gathering vital signs.
• Assisting residents with mobility and providing psychological support.
• Contributing to a positive dining experience through meal assistance and hydration support.
• Documenting resident interactions and reporting changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintaining cleanliness in living areas and assisting with wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old. Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required; training provided at the facility.
• Completion of yearly competency testing and continuing education credits is necessary.
