Summary

Summary of Position: To give personal care and perform related housekeeping services in the place of residence for sick, disabled, dependent, elderly patients. To provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). To perform personal care only according to the scope indicated on the Care Plan developed by a Registered Nurse.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required

Graduate of Home Health Aide Certified Program

Current and valid Home Health Aide certification in the state of Maryland

BLS Provider AHA
