Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Obtaining and recording vital signs
• Providing emotional and psychosocial support
• Assisting with meals, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Helping residents move safely through proper transfer techniques
• Documenting care and communicating changes in resident conditions
• Upholding infection control policies and procedures
• Participating in recreational and wellness programs for residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum age of 16
• Previous nursing assistant experience in long-term care is a plus
• CNA certification required within four months of hire
• Commitment to completing ongoing education and competency testing
