Role Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED
• A valid CNA license in the state of Illinois

About Your Role:

As a CNA, you are a vital part of the medical team. Your main responsibilities will include ensuring patient comfort and facilitating recovery. Typical duties may involve:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities
• Documenting health issues and vital signs, and reporting to the Nurse on Duty
