• Provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute care facilities
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Monitor and record vital signs of residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing surfaces and changing linens
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and other daily activities
• Reposition and transport residents within the facility as needed
• Facilitate communication between staff, residents, and family members
• Engage with residents actively and respond to their needs
• Follow and adhere to care plans and comply with all regulations and policies

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• Proven knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical terms
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and healthcare professionals
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
