• Provide exceptional nursing care in post-acute care settings
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records
• Ensure cleanliness and safety by carrying out sanitation and linen changes
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Reposition and transport residents as needed within the facility
• Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff

• Current Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Knowledge of nursing care procedures and medical terminology
