Responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care in post-acute care settings
• Observing and reporting on residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Monitoring vital signs and documenting changes
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment through tasks like sanitizing and changing linens
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene, feeding, and daily living activities
• Repositioning and transporting residents as required
• Facilitating communication between staff, residents, and families
• Engaging with residents regularly to support their emotional and physical needs
• Adhering to care plans and complying with regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical terminology
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
