nOur Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants enjoy some excellent benefits:

- Pay range $20 - $21 per hour and $ 300 Sign-on Bonus n
- Eight hour shift - 9 am to 5 pm n
- 1:1 CNA-to-patient ratios n

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
n- n
- Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes n
- Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake n
- Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises n
- Check vitals, measure intake/output and document any changes n
- Work with a team of Care Coordinators to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed n
- Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment n
A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:
n- n
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and active CNA License in California n
- CPR certification and Home Care Aide Registration n
- Covid-19 vaccination card n
- Valid California driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation n
- Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. n
