Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) - Part-Time

SUMMARY : Join our dedicated team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.), where you will deliver high-quality, individualized care to our patients. Your initiative and commitment to patient care are essential for the success of our collaborative nursing team.

STATUS: Part-Time

LOCATION: Clifton Springs Nursing Home

DEPARTMENT: Long Term Care

SCHEDULE: Evenings 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday, with every other weekend required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient Care & Service: Provide individualized assistance with daily activities as per care plans, transport residents to and from activities, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.
• Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Communication & Documentation: Assist families and direct them to appropriate staff, respond to resident requests promptly, and participate in team communication.

EDUCATION:

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Must possess a CNA certification from the New York State Education Department (NYSED).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently. This position requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.

PAY RANGE: $19.50 - $20.70
