Pay Info: $2,500 Sign on Bonus!

Job Highlights

Role Overview

The Nursing Assistant (NA) is essential in providing high-quality caregiving to residents in long-term care. You will:

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under an RN's supervision.
• Understand age-appropriate care needs related to both physical and psychological well-being as outlined in care plans.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, while providing emotional support.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and any changes in their condition.
• Help residents during meals and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness in living spaces and assist with laundry services.
• Promote wellness activities and encourage residents to engage in recreational programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not mandatory.
• Must be at least 16 years of age; prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, or be enrolled in a training program to obtain certification within four months.
• Complete annual competency testing and a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education each year.
• For applicable states, must be certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
