Job Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with sales and marketing responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Help build relationships with schools as part of ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
• Support the Center Director and Assistant Center Director in managing and overseeing day-to-day operations in the center, including various administrative projects and tasks
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Help monitor and grow overall center performance metrics, including profitability and student success
• As needed, instruct students in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• As needed, work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting

Required Qualifications

• Driven & motivated; desire to lean in and grow within the organization; seeking promotion to Assistant Center Director, Center Director, and beyond
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Positive attitude; we are looking for outgoing "people people" who value positivity and fun!
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfort speaking with students and parents

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following would be a plus:

• Previous customer relationships & sales experience preferred
• Passion for / appreciation of math
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance various leadership responsibilities
