Job Summary:

Sysco is seeking dependable local CDL-A Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently. Your role will include manual unloading and delivering various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies to customer locations based on an assigned route. Build meaningful relationships with customers by utilizing your positive attitude and understanding their needs.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to handle touch freight, with lifting, pushing, or moving products averaging 40-60 pounds (up to 100 pounds) frequently
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer delivery experience
• 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience
• 6 months of experience in food and beverage delivery
• 2+ years of consistent employment history
