Requirements:
Dry Van:
- Valid CDL-A required
- At least 6 months of driving experience
- Minimum age of 21
Refrigerated:
- Valid CDL-A required
- 1 year of experience preferred; however, a minimum of 6 months is required
- Prior refrigerated experience within the last 36 months preferred
- Minimum age of 21

Competitive Pay Structure:
Dry Van:
- Earn between 57 and 65 CPM
- Weekly earnings range from $1,254 to $1,625
- Average mileage of 2,200 to 2,500 per week
- Veterans receive an additional 1 CPM
Refrigerated:
- Earn between 60 and 66 CPM
- Base pay capped at 66 CPM
- Weekly earnings between $1,320 and $1,650
- Average mileage of 2,200 to 2,500 per week
Veterans also receive an extra 1 CPM.
