Requirements:

For Dry Van:

A valid CDL-A license is required
Minimum of 6 months driving experience
Applicants must be at least 21 years old

For Refrigerated:

A valid CDL-A license is required
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience; minimum 6 months required
Preferred: Prior refrigerated driving experience within the last 36 months
Applicants must be at least 21 years old

Industry-Leading Pay Structure:

For Dry Van:

Earn between 57 - 65 CPM
Weekly earnings range from $1,254 - $1,625
Average miles driven per week: 2,200 - 2,500
Veterans receive an additional 1 CPM

For Refrigerated:

Earn between 60 - 66 CPM with base pay capped at 66 CPM
Weekly earnings range from $1,320 - $1,650
Average miles driven per week: 2,200 - 2,500

Veterans also receive an additional 1 CPM (Compensation is based on experience and weekly mileage)
