Your role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver will include:

• Conducting pre/post trip inspections on the tractor-trailer and completing the DOT inspection report.
• Verifying accuracy in bill of lading and securely storing keys for off-hour deliveries.
• Driving the tractor-trailer to designated locations while adhering to commercial driving regulations and demonstrating maneuvering skills.
• Maintaining driver logs (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, recording delivery receipts, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unloading the trailer and delivering products onto customer premises.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

What we seek in our CDL-A teammates:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well enough to perform job-related tasks safely and effectively.
