As a valued member of our over-the-road Dry Van Fleet, you will operate modern trailers while hauling general commodities across the lower 48 states. Experience the advantages of pre-loaded drop and hook operations, a 3 to 1 trailer ratio, expert dispatch support, and the opportunity to service reputable Fortune 500 customers.

CDL-A Dry Van Compensation & Miles:

• Competitive pay ranging from $0.595 to $0.68 CPM
• Veterans receive an additional $0.01 CPM
• Average weekly miles between 2,200 - 2,500+
• $500 onboarding bonus plus an additional $1,000 for vacation pay
• Bi-annual pay reviews and unlimited referral bonuses of up to $2,000 per driver
• Additional compensation for detention, layover, and stop pay

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license, 21 years or older
• Minimum of 6 months of recent OTR or regional experience within the last 3 years
• Proven safe driving record
