Your responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Driver include:

• Conducting pre/post-trip inspections on the tractor-trailer and submitting DOT inspection reports.
• Verifying the bill of lading and storing keys accurately for off-hour deliveries.
• Driving the tractor-trailer to designated locations, applying your knowledge of commercial driving regulations, and demonstrating skill in navigating both roads and customer premises.
• Maintaining driver logs (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, including documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unloading trailers and delivering products to customer locations.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of driving experience with a tractor-trailer
• Must meet McLane's Motor Vehicle Report and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well enough to perform all job-related tasks safely and effectively.
