Here’s what you can expect in this role:
- Compensation: Earn between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, with our top earners making over $110,000!
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience.
- Flexible Shifts: Day and Night Shift positions available.
- Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week utilizing industry-leading delivery methods, including side lift gates and electric pallet sleds.

What you’ll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections on your tractor-trailer and submit DOT inspection reports.
- Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and ensure key storage is correct for off-hour deliveries.
- Drive responsibly and safely, using your knowledge of driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
- Maintain a driver log according to DOT regulations, documenting deliveries and product conditions.
- Unload products and deliver them directly into customer premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Have at least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Meet McLane's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards and risk rating qualifications.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
