Compensation: $29.18 - $39.24/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with advanced electrical systems
• Program and modify PLCs
• Build and install electrical control packages
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair networking systems
• Maintain and repair production equipment
• Interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Utilize the MRO system efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed
• Document daily tasks and updates in the maintenance management system
• Manage inventory and coordinate parts usage effectively
• Identify and suggest improvements for operational processes

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read and write in the main language of technical literature in the facility
• Knowledgeable in using hand and power tools
• Willingness to participate in HAZMAT programs
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
• Commitment to completing relevant courses in various technical subjects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance
• Two-year degree related to maintenance
