• Salary Range: $30.50 - $44.00

As a Cath Lab Cardiovascular Technologist, you will play a crucial role in life-saving diagnoses and care by performing cardiovascular tests and procedures. Work alongside a dedicated team of physicians and nurses to provide exceptional care to diverse patient populations, including children and older adults. Ideal candidates possess a robust knowledge of cardiovascular health, are adaptable, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform invasive cardiac and vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures utilizing advanced imaging and monitoring equipment.
• Understand cardiac anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamic principles to provide top-quality care.
• Employ knowledge of pharmacology and its effects on cardiovascular testing.
• Utilize various equipment, including Cardiac and Vascular systems.
• Adapt care to meet the growth and development needs of diverse patient populations.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in cardiovascular technology or equivalent experience is required.
• Expert knowledge in cardiovascular technology including pharmacology and advanced cardiac rhythm management is essential.
• Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is preferred within 12 months of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required within 6 months of hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred, when applicable.
