Caregiver in Talking Rock

Caregiver Position

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to clients in their homes or residential facilities, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This assignment is working with one client in Talking Rock, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30. Assistance is needed in the home preparing nutritious meals, assisting with personal care and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Help clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises

Experience

Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, childcare, or direct support is preferred. Knowledge of patient care systems and procedures is also required. Experience in dementia care, long-term care, or similar settings is a plus. Ability to lift and move patients safely and a valid driver's license for transportation needs are necessary.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
