Key Responsibilities:

Sterilize instruments and prepare operating rooms specifically for cardiovascular procedures.
Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, suturing incisions, or holding retractors as needed.
Maintain the sterile field throughout the procedure to prevent infections and ensure patient safety.
Monitor equipment functionality during surgeries and promptly report any issues to support seamless surgical operations.
Prepare patients for surgery by positioning them appropriately on the operating table and applying sterile drapes tailored for cardiovascular procedures.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily based in hospital cardiovascular operating rooms (CVORs) or specialized surgical centers designed for advanced heart surgeries.
The position demands focus and stamina in a high-pressure environment where precision is critical for achieving excellent patient outcomes.
