We're hiring entry-level Cable Assemblers at $15/hour, ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of electrical and cable assembly. What You'll Do

• Assemble cable harnesses and electrical components using hand tools (crimpers, cutters, heat guns).
• Follow detailed instructions to complete hand assembly tasks.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Work from production schedules to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 6+ months working with hand tools or in general assembly.
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions, good manual dexterity, attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with soldering, crimping, or electronic assembly is a plus!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule & Location

• Location: West Palm Beach, FL
• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• Training Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (First day starts at 8:30 AM)
• Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Overtime Available

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
